Service
Through lecture and small group discussion,
participants review the ethical environment in
which public officials must function and the
standards which they are expected to meet.
Topics include discussion on open public
meetings and public disclosure, the various
levels of ethics, the role and value of ethics,
models for resolving ethical issues and a review
of the Washington Ethics Law.
